Business for a Greater Good has been our mission since we first opened our doors, and will help steer us now as we navigate the challenges of COVID-19. The safety of our employees and our customers, is of utmost importance and we are monitoring developments around the world to ensure we stay informed and do our part to flatten the curve.
We have seen circumstances change daily and in light of the deepening crisis we have taken precautions to ensure your safety when submitting a windscreen claim to us, or entering one of our outlets. Our employees have been educated on COVID-19 and provided with guidance on symptoms, hygiene and preventative measures to be implemented. Social distancing principals have been applied throughout the business and all non-essential travel cancelled. Our facilities teams are cleaning all surfaces and work areas frequently with an additional focus being placed on high traffic areas. We have distributed hand sanitisers within Head Office and to our outlets. These are available for use within each outlet and in each of our mobile units. Each mobile fitment team has been advised on the necessary cleaning protocols.
Should a case of COVID-19 be confirmed within our business we will follow the guidelines provided by the National Department of Health and NICD to manage the case. This would involve isolation and specialist cleaning amongst other protocols, including the closing of an outlet should it be deemed necessary.
We believe that our preventative measures are sufficient to continue operations at this point and we are committed to providing you with the customer service you have become accustomed to.
